You're welcome. I'm glad you've found my advise helpful. You do have a lot of things to milk. We often become "blind" to all of the things going really well for us. It can be difficult to change the habit of complaining into the habit of appreciating, but it's well worth it and it gets easier over time when we've become accustomed to the new way of living/thinking.
I am consciously "milking" all the positive changes since my depressive episode ended. Thank you!!
